we went thru chpt 13 may 09 pay the trustee & kept our home. our home is flip flop. interest only loan. we dont want to refinance. We have been screwed. BOA has our loan & they cant tell us yet if we qualify. big runaround. A yes or no would be nice. we have no car payments pay our loan on time. isnt this what Obamas plan was 4. need a modification to lower home payments to keep home.

We live in MA. We want to remain in our home. We dont have car payments and pay the trustee on time. Our house is worth less now than we owe which is below 283K. Husband makes good income. Do we qualify for Obama's modification plan? According to the eligibilaty we meet them and all that but the chapter 13 thing we cant get answers to that. We cant refinance thats what got us in this mess. we have a interest only @6.5 loan. Help?
