It won't hold the cash as long. It's too easy to get to, in the front pocket, and spends much faster.

The Slim clip is exctly what I wanted. I got rid of the ol' fat wallet for this thing. the clip is metal and like many people wonder "will the metal stretch and not hold my money as well?" NO….it has yet to stretch at all, and I can even place one folded bill in the clip and actually pick up the fully loaded clip(credit cards, licenses, etc) with out the single bill slipping out. Buy it folks

I rarely bother to review anything. I think this is my first review on Amazon. I have had such trouble finding a wallet or money clip to meet my needs, that I had to comment on the Slim Clip. I have to keep many different cards available, too many for any wallet to fit comfortably in my pocket. Few wallets would hold them all in any case. With the Slim Clip, I keep my driver's license, military i.d. and one or two credit cards in at all times. I keep a wallet with all the other cards in my car or brief case. If I am going to need another card or two, I add them to the Slim Clip before getting out of the car. Loaded with the cards and cash it really is hardly noticeable in my front pocket. Inserting credit cards is only tricky if you try to slid several into an empty clip at the same time. Slide the first in, and then add the others. Some seem to worry about the cash being visible. If you hold it carefully the cash is no more visible than it is when you open a wallet to get out a credit cards. I have carried a money clip for years, along with my wallet, because the wallet was so full of cards. I always wrap small bills on the outside, to make it look like as small an amount of cash as possible. When you fold the cash twice, instead of once to put it in the Slim Clip, it looks much smaller and less obvious that when you take out a normal money clip. This is one of the few products that has performed better than advertised. Incidentally, mine paid for itself the first day I shopped with it. I keep my Military ID on the top. At two stores in a row, the clerk saw the ID and told me about a military discount I was unaware of. 10% off those purchases covered the cost. If you are military and in a military town, be sure to carry that ID on top!

I bought the Slim Clip Money Clip for use during my summer study experience in Europe. Living and learning in a very busy city, I didn't want to bring my wallet and run the risk of it being stolen from my back pocket. The Slim Clip helped replace it, fitting comfortably in my front pockets, and not making my pockets bulge.

Only downsides: it's a little tight for both sides. You have to limit the number of cards you bring with you (after a State ID, Student Traveler ID, insurance card, a couple of debit cards, and a credit card, there's not room for anything else) and at first it's a little difficult to fit your bills all in the other side. It's great that it's so tight, as you know your bills won't be going anywhere, but it's so tight that it's almost difficult to get your bills in and out- almost tears them.

Overall, I thought it worked great for my purpose. Plus, you don't have to sit on it (like you would a traditional wallet) during the 9 hour flight!

I had this item about 8 weeks. I dropped it on the floor and the clip for the credit cards broke off. Very poor quality.
